Applied via a recruiter, who arranged the initial interview. Inital interview was an informal interview on teams which they were happy for me to do from my car in my lunch break, being very flexible around my schedule! Was then invited to second interview a day later. Second interview was on site and consisted of a presentation, general situational questions and knowledge questions around their TB assay. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, they also seemed genuinely interested about my past role.
