The interview went on well and they promised to give feedback in a short span of time. When the feedback was not forthcoming in 10days, I did a follow up and was informed that the process had been delayed for some weeks only to get a reject update shortly on the online system. In my view, honest feedback is crucial for a candidate to know of where to improve next time and also closure.
