I was invited to interview after submitting an online application. I was not informed that it was in fact the first of two rounds of interviews so I think there could have been greater transparency there. However, in general the interview experience was very positive - my interviewers were friendly, the questions were straightforward, and I was given very detailed feedback when I requested it.
