Filled in the application and heard back the same day. Swift process, called for an informal interview within two days of applying. There were other interviewees hence there was a few days before I had a response. They were kind and warm to approach and speak to, had a very positive experience.

Everything started with me sending an email expressing my interest in the position. Later I got the response with a form to fill out and finally arranged for an online interview.

Entretien
The interview process was more an informal chat and it was very much a two-way discussion. We chatted about the reasons for my career change and how my time at Oxfam would provide me with some much-needed experience, whilst allowing me to do some good for the charity.
