One of the best hiring processes I had! The interview process is composed of 6 parts: 1. Phone screening with a tech recruiter 2. Coding test in a known coding platform 3. Direct team lead meeting 4. Another team lead meeting 5. Director meeting 6. Tech recruiter meeting Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we had most of the meetings on Zoom, and then for the last meeting we met at the office with the recruiter and the team. Every single person in the process was extremely pleasant, professional and made me want to join them. They were always available for questions and eager to answer any questions I had. Every company should learn and look up to this process.
