Fairly standard to be honest. Started with an initial vetting from HR which I suspect was primarily for personality/culture fit, then with the VP of Engineering which primarily involved reviewing my career and the more challenging aspects of it both technically and professionally, then an interview with who would become my peer which got into much more depth technically.
