Prolonged interview process just to get ghosted 5 interviews in, no rejection, no feedback , nothing. Any company that lacks the courtesy and professionalism 5 interviews in is a company that is not worth working for. Think about it, I spent around 4 hours of my personal time interviewing somewhere and ghosted? I understand if it is a round 1 or 2 because the candidate pool is still rather large, but 5? It's 2023, time to start calling these people out on this.
