The interview process was very very slow and included multi contacts. The process included 9 different interviewers, multi days off, for what should be a fairly short process to find a Controller. I have had panel interviews in the past but never talked with 9 people over 5 different interview sessions. It is time for a continuous improvement project to streamline your process.
