The interview process was fairly straightforward. I first had a phone interview with an HR rep which went well. She was very friendly and asked the typical questions about previous work experience and my background. About 3 days later I was contacted by the HR rep to set up another phone interview with two managers for the position. This interview was very uncomfortable and technical, as they would only ask a question, listen to my response, and move on to the next question. It seemed to me that they were almost annoyed and just wanted to get it over with.
About a week later I was told they were moving forward with other candidates. The position was reposted on their website with new qualifications, ones that I did not possess. I was put off by how the interview was handled and the misrepresentation of the position in the job posting. I would have never applied in the first place if I had known that I wasn’t what they were looking for.
