I only had one interview with the owner of the company, which I thought was really weird and shows how the company lacks good organization and probably a hiring manager. It was about a 30 mins interview with the basic questions. After that interview I was told I would get an answer by next week and never got any replies back. I emailed him back asking about the position and of course never got an email back. Waste of time.
