- Got a Call from HR to schedule the Schedule Pre- Screening Interview. - Pre Screening Interview Went well. - HR called the next day to schedule 1st round of Interviews. But the next day I was not available so I told her to schedule for any other day except tomorrow. She said that she will check if the panel is available or not and then will let me know. - But No call from HR. - After multiple follow-up emails and calls, She said that I was rejected in the Pre-screening round itself. - Rejection is Fine but, why did you call me and asked If I am available for the next round of interviews? Because I cleared the pre-screening. But now HR says I didn't. I had really high hopes to join this company. Really disappointed with the HR recruitment system.
