The interview was short, sweet and casual. They asked questions on how you handle past difficult experiences. They also ask if you are comfortable with micromanagement. After the interview you do a personality test if you are successful.

It was a bully session more than anything. The team leader was asking questions to prove a point and she was condescending to a point where the operations manager told her to calm down. I was never asked questions about my experience or anything that has to do with the job I applied for.
