After applying, it took a month for initial contact, and was contacted by HR to set up a virtual meeting. Set the virtual meeting, chatted, waited a week to schedule a meeting with the hiring manager. Met for 45 minutes, they felt like I'd be a good fit, proceeded to schedule an onsite/virtual interview combination. Met with several individuals, felt interviews went well and I'd be a good addition to the team. Was contacted later saying they would not move forward with my application. I'm just at a loss as to why it was a no.
