One of the best interview processes I have been through. Everything was super clear from the beginning and everyone was super nice and friendly. First a call with HR to talk about the position, company and test English level. Then a second interview with Engineers, what I really liked is that there were no meaningless questions such as "what does this command do?", it was mostly about the way you work, the tools they used and your expertise with them and your opinion on different tools/ processes and they also asked me to present previous related projects I had worked on. After that, call with the manager to discuss final details and questions about handling different work situations.

The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. The interview was cool. To my knowledge, I performed well and the interviewer was impressed. She was nice too. But they never got back to me as promised. No rejection mail, nothing, just did a Houdini
