This was a three stage interview process where I had an initial screening with the Head of Marketing, followed by a task presentation and then a final stage interview where I spoke to the wider team.

My Outfund interview process went smoothly and quickly. The first interview was with my direct manager as well as a C-suite director who was most aligned with marketing, and primarily focused on technical competence. The final round interview was with two colleagues from a different area of the business and focused on culture fit. All of my interviewers were friendly and asked good questions - questions that were sufficiently challenging but not too much of a curveball. The process progressed at a very reasonable pace, as I was able to get a decision quite quickly following each stage.
