OutSystems is a company that has a well organised selection process, they will provide you with extensive information about every step, so you will know how to prepare. If you want to work for them you have probably done your homework already. If you have not, then I recommend you do. Process is transparent and there were no surprises. The process consists of several interviews where you will be asked different types of questions to get to know your experiences, logical skills, problem solving capabilities and situation handling. OutSystems mostly provides the best compensation as per the market standards, there won't be a situation to negotiate. Good company to give an interview for even if you do not get the job the experience is unmeasurable. The interview process was very well organised, and quite a pleasant experience overall!
