First it was an Interview with Recruiter. Second Interview with one person from the team, Third was to do an Exercise for the applied position and last was a Panel Presentation and feedback

1) Create and deliver a presentation explaining the approach to build this Portal,
advantages and disadvantages, assumptions, and key decisions. 15 min
2) Present the Delivery Plan for the new Portal in the upcoming quarters. Risks and
mitigation plans included. 15min
3) Present the backlog epic structure and a sample of 3 well detailed user stories for
the Portal. 15min

Entretien
Very positive and even got feedback at the end.
The process was clear and the requirements were straightforward.
After the initial HR meeting I was given a challenge and another meeting was scheduled to present the result and discuss.

Entretien
The process has been smooth and quick. I have had 3 interviews with HHRR (Thanks Aditi for your kindness), Product leadership (Thanks Nuno, I’m willing to learn from you) and a practical exercise (with its presentation).
They have been always available for any question and they kept me informed permanently about the status of my application.
