I engaged with Dan Moriarity first who provided me with a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities for the position. Dan was also able to share with me the culture at Outsystems which is very important to me. From there I talked with Blair Rundell, which was really the first step in connecting with the Sales organization. I believe that the first sales engagement is extremely important as it sets the tone for my understanding of how I can fit into the organization and what the Sales organization can expect from me. Over the next week I talked with Phil Barthalo and Mike Josephson who were able to share with me their perspective on what a day, week or month looks like at Outsystems. I did travel to meet Blair face to face and really enjoyed that meeting. This meeting cemented my decision to want to work at Outsystems. I talked with Christian Woodward for the 2nd time and shared with Christian that I wanted to be part of his team and part of the adventure for the next 4-5 years

First Engagement was good, fast and responsive. Interview process was smooth. Follow up panel interview session was good and gave constructive feedback. Hiring team worked hard to prepare a fair package.

6 interviews with several stakeholders across the organisation plus an initial call.
The interviews included 3 exercises where I had to perform ppt presentations and an Excel assignment.
The interview process was fantastic from start to finish- it was well organized, relevant, fast, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend OutSystems.

Amazing interview process: fast, clear, great communication, warm welcome, all the information always available. I defenetely reccomend Outsystems. I liked very much the panel interview where I had the chance to act as an Outsystems sales manager presenting the value of our solution to a prospect.
