Very well structured. The hiring manager asked crucial questions about my current job and both the HR specialist recruiter and hiring manager had an extremely warm conversation in person and over the phone defining the person who would fit the position they required for Outsystems. Attention to detail and given company insights for the new role to be implemented and desired goals were highlights during the 3 interviews taken along the process.

The interview process was smooth and very timely. My interviewers were well-prepared, gave immediate feedback and ideas on how to excel in the interview/role. Everything was laid on the table: role description, duties, compensation, and benefits.

I applied through online (Linkedin). The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OutSystems (Singapore) in May 2019. The whole interview process went smoothly, and I can say that it was well organized.

The whole process was fast and well structured. I had five interviews, Hiring Manager, Sales Development Manager, Sales Development Director, Solution Architect and the Regional Sales, Director. We talked about what's expected for the role, my experience, and a short role play to test me on how will I respond to challenges. It gave me an opportunity to show my skills and potentials.

Had a call with the direct SDR manager, then went to a formal in-person interview with the same manager and a few employees on the team I was applying for. After that there was a short assessment which concluded the interview.
