I had two video interviews that went well. I was told I was to next meet the CEO. They were going to check with his assistant and get back to me. More than a week later after two follow-up emails to two different people, there was no reply. There is nothing more unappealing about a company is when they ghost you. If I Wasn't qualified - then say so. If you changed your mind or found a more qualified candidate - say so. No response is the worst response and a sign of an immature culture.
