4-stage interview: first contact by phone, followed by a face-to-face interview. No big caps or silence time in between interviews. The process took around 2 weeks to get an offer.

4 interview rounds in total. Intro with HR representative, follwed by a mix of techincal / managerial interview by hiring manager. Then a techincal interview with a staff enginer. And finally an interview regarding management/leadership skills and mindset.
