Initial phone screen with recruiter; hiring manager interview; ML modeling/ coding assessment; three technical interviews; final subject matter expert interview. All interviewers were helpful, asked good questions, and gave good feedback on what working at OURA is like. Technical interviews were mostly situational (e.g. How would you approach this technical problem?) and behavioral (e.g. Tell me about a time you ___).

4 rounds of interviews, an assignment, two reference letter/contact. Sounds a bit intensive, but it was quite fast back to back. All took a month Two or three interview rounds could have been merged, though it was an opportunity for me to spend more time with them and get to know them better.
