Recruiter screen, then zoom interview with another Senior Manager on the team reporting in to the same Director. Not sure what the next step would have been.
I thought the interview was going well until I asked to clarify an acronym that the woman used. She was taken aback and said that it was bad that I didn't know the acronym. What? Companies make up their own acronyms that make no sense to anyone outside the team, let alone outside the company. As soon as I simply asked to clarify the acronym it's like a light switch flipped off. Boom, end of interview. Looking back she was a massive RED flag. No family, no outside interests, just work, work, work. I couldn't imagine working with her, she was the quintessential Queen B who steps on you if you don't do her job along with hers.
