Interview process is very simple at Osumare
which starts with the application screening
on applicational screening selected candidates gets the call from HR mostly she connect on whatsapp
send your few questions
after answering the question if you are shortlisted then they send you the test assignment
after completing the test assignment they call you for the technical round of interview mostly with their department wise managers
after you been selected by the managers then there is a final round with the director, director himself make sure he does the selection
