Have you ever been give a timeline on a project and how did you meet the timeline with your team you were supervising.
Intense multi layer interview process. It started with a phone interview. Followed by a group interview, One on one, role play, puzzle, and writing working instructions. This took place all in one day.

Entretien
Two panel interviews, profesional and nothing out of the ordinary. A lot of questions surrounded your knowledge and experience for leadership and manufacturing. A panel usually consists of an HR rep and three managers. They will take turns asking questions. A tour is typically involved as well.
