Phone interview with supervisor, then an interview in person. It took about 3-4 weeks to actually receive an offer after the two interviews. This was when AG was owned by AIG. It is now a stand alone company and the process is much quicker now.

Tell me a little bit about yourself. They wanted to know about my former work history and also a little about what I do for fun, etc. Why I thought I would be a good fit for the role.
