I applied online and did an initial screening with HR, then followed up with 4 more interviews. After that I was required to submit a writing sample. I was then told they would not be filling the position at all. This seemed like an excessive process for a company unsure of if they would even be making offers. Overall I had positive experiences with everyone, and the interviews were conversational and relaxed.
