The interview was scheduled for 30minutes over Zoom. The HR rep was very polite. She explained the Orr Group business model and working environment. The position I applied for was not what I was asked to interview for. I walked away after hearing key buzzwords and phrases about the work environment being "competitive", "work-hard-play-hard", and "type-a personalities". Additionally, it was expected that employees work 50+ hours each week.
