Spent the whole day and then nothing for an entire three weeks. They switched into their system no longer under consideration no phone call no email nothing. I can understand not getting a job, but I did very well through the entire interview process and at least expected some kind of a phone call or email response. I could tell they had an internal candidate and I believe they used to go through the motions knowing they already wanted somebody else.
