J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Orlando Health
Entretien
Submitted a resume and cover letter online. They took a couple of weeks to reach out to me to schedule an interview via phone call. Due to COVID I only did one 15 minute phone interview with two people, one person asking questions and another listening but not asking questions. Was offered a position a couple of weeks later but did not start for a few months due to a COVID hiring freeze. I was told our unit was allowed to hire 4 SNIs out of the applicants this year, not sure if this number is different for other units. My guess is that it does vary and depends on the # of beds the hiring unit has. My manager was really good about communicating as much as she could with me due to uncertainties from the pandemic and was really nice to work with even though we were only able to speak over the phone.
