The manager seemed to not be interested in the processes. Orlando health states that they are their for the community but they seemed to be badly managed and everyone seems to not care. The management staff seems to be uneducated as well.

I did 2 inverviews, one at corporate and one with the office manager. The questions were pretty easy and generic. They do like to ask situational questions, like how you would talk to nervous or angry patients. I recommend studying how to answer those types of questions.
