Initial interview was over the phone with the HR recruiter. Moved on to a second round of phone interviews with the HR staff. Interview focused on the changes Orion was currently undergoing where they were staffing a new office in Chicago, Illinois. The HR recruiter and interviewer were trying to determine if I was the right candidate to help the organization implement and lead some of these changes within the Finance area.
