Take home case interview to prepare a presentation and then given to a panel with time for questions. No curve balls. Standard product interview but cultural was really long and went through full career path.

Had an initial screening with the recruiter that was straightforward. Moved onto take-home assignment that took around 10 hours to complete. Surprisingly, a week later, I received a rejection email stating that my background wasn't a suitable fit for the role, despite the fact that my background hadn't changed throughout the process.

I had a phone screen for the first round but never received an update regarding the next steps. I followed up with HR but never received an update despite them saying I'll receive instructions on the next steps soon.
