Initial phone screen with the CEO, followed by a take home technical assignment, followed by a Zoom interview with the current development team. The development team had some prepared questions, though seemed mostly uninterested in the answers - and were surprised and even evasive when questions were put their way.

I had a 30 minute screening chat with their CTO. After that I was given a test, which was not timed (I submitted it a week later), to develop something in Django and show knowledge of few frameworks. CTO replied a day later with a very constructive feedback regarding my code and said that they will not be progressing further. Overall a very pleasant interview process, CTO is a friendly professional easy to talk to. I do appreciate that they have provided such a thorough feedback, which I can learn from.
