Very quick over 3 weeks. Phone screen with HR, then video interview with hiring manager, video interview with clinical director, video interview with a sales manager, and lastly an in-person interview with same hiring manager and VP.
Role is new, used to be called customer success manager but changed to operations.
I personally loved the company and the people I met. I come from the OPO and transplant background so I also love the mission.
None of the higher ups have transplant or OPO background so how they got to their positions is beyond me. I had good vibes throughout and felt I would be selected with my background and education but was denied the position. The role has been "reposted" on LinkedIn twice. They're probably looking for a perfect "unicorn" candidate that doesn't exist, or like the other review on here says: it could be a 'ghost' job. Like I said before it's a new role so they probably don't even need anyone to fill it urgently since they've been going strong without it being filled. Also looks like the jobs been open since late 2024 so don't believe them when they say they're looking to fill the role quickly. Be cautious applying and don't get your hopes up. Looks like from the previous review they rescinded the offer as well - don't put in your 2 weeks notice until you absolutely are sure. They also could not give clear cut job functions day to day and seems like they themselves are still figuring it out. Jobs like this which are new and possibly not needed have a high probability of getting laid off too, doesn't sound stable.
