I had my interview with the pharmacy staff. There were about 8 staff members there and would filter in when they were available. The staff would take turns asking questions they if had any. It was a new experience for me, but I really enjoyed meeting everyone since I would end up getting the position. It was just nerve wrecking being in the hot seat, but everyone was so nice.

Well setup. Two to three people panel. Phone terrier first then in person. 5 to 10 questions about background. Lots of tell me about a time you were in blank situation. Phone interview last about 20 minutes. And in person last about 30 minutes. They do show you are the work space.
