I had initial HR screening which went pretty smooth. Then was given a take home task. I did it in appointed time and was invited to techincal interview. The staff was very dry during the convo, didn't even answer my hello. Asked me a bunch of questions about the project, which I answered confidently. Next thing I know, I got a rejection email without any reason.

I was contacted via LinkedIn. I had three calls. The first call was with the internal recruiter. The second call was with members of the tech leadership team. The third call was with a member of the product team and a member of the engineering team. Everyone was very pleasant, the process was straightforward, and generally quite positive throughout, but I was ghosted afterwards.
