I was left waiting on the phone for 30 minutes before it was then postponed. The next time, the interview was also 30 minutes late starting. Very short notice was given for each stage and then huge delay of five weeks.

Really smart team, had multiple rounds and a final round case study with the PMs. Questions were very intellectual, a lot of brain teasers/problem solving. Overall everyone was really nice, they all seemed to love talking about investing. Performance at Orbis though hasn't been the best and employees echoed that sentiment - a lot of people have been leaving. But for the most part the people who have stayed, stay because of the people/culture which I'm sure is great.
