Online technical assessment - a real employee introduced the problem scenario and then exits the virtual meeting for about 30 minutes and returns at end to discuss solution
Onsite-only (refuse to allow virtual) interview rounds - 5 rounds of standard tech/system/behavioral mix

Question 1
Described a basic billing system that accepts records of deposits and withdraws with timestamps and needs to be able to calculate balance for an account with a provided timerange. Notably withdraws and deposits may arrive out of order.
Very long process with a recruiter screen, coding screen that's over an hour, and a 5 round onsite that's in-person. All their questions pertain to real-world issues they've faced while working on Orb. The coding screen wasn't leetcode -- more practical and they just give you the problem, leave the call, and come back later to check in at the end. It's lower pressure so that's nice. The onsite is in-person and involves 4 system design rounds and a behavioral round. They're fairly quick in terms of responding after each round.
