Awful experience. The man who did most of the interviewing asked questions I’ve never been asked before on a job interview and quite frankly I wasn’t amused. Such as: who do you not like at your current job and why? I’m sorry but major red flag. They kept firing questions off left and right. When he asked me to ask questions I asked a bunch. He kept saying ask another . Sure fin, so I did. Then I finally asked what’s the salary for the position? He laughed and said well I was going to ask you that…. Seriously? At the end said, we are going to get off this call and talk about you now. Lol wow. Mentioned he would get back to me in 1-2 days . Never did. Do people do their job anymore? Lazy and no common decency. He was extremely off putting . I don’t know who he thinks he is but Nope! The women on the call who asked few questions was very nice.

I had the chance to interview with Jakob and Stacey at the end of June. Both employees were kind, down to earth, and made me feel completely comfortable speaking with them. They asked questions about me as a person as well as regarding my hands-on experience; there were no trick questions like many interviewers ask nowadays. The interviewers provided me with detailed answers to any questions I had and truly treated the interview as a professional conversation as opposed to a quiz. Although they ended up filling the role internally, Jakob was sure to touch base with me to let me know the situation and to give me a “pat on the back” regarding how well I did in my initial interview. Not many companies would take the time to do this and I truly admire my interviewers and the company for treating the process with such grace.
