2. A bit much harder Codelity exam
3. On site interview (technical/English/Hr) Java associate and Java Professional certification exams
4. Assignment
5. Possibly another Codelity exam (even a bit much harder)
6. Remote development session on site with partners in France
The interview process may take months to finish
You may need to dedicate one or more full day for onsite interviews/exams
To prepare for the interview/exams:
- Codelity has some open exams for training and learning about those, I would recommend you do plenty of those before doing the actual test
- Prepare with some Java certification exams... Those are not your usual day to day Java problems. On job some of information you learn in those exams turn out to be very useful

Software developer interview in Bucharest, very unprofessional, very long interview, with live coding session and long discussion, passed everything but the salary was very avarage. I did not like the feeling, also people was still working on 19:00 and 20:00 when I was in the interview.
