One phone interview with the HR person and one phone screening which was technical. This was followed by onsite interview.

It was a straighforward interview. They went through the entire resume asking about your experience and takeaways. They also wanted to know your familiarity and comfort level with the tools you have used in the past.

telephonic, assignment, in-person interviews which took around 3-4 hours. Several developers , Manager and Director were involved in the interviews. Interview was not easy to crack. Dictionary implementation was asked as one of the questions. I tried solving it using trees.

Total time starting from first interview till the time offer is released is very long in oracle and in between sometimes position gets closed and we might not get offer even after clearing all the rounds .
