The process was long and grueling. Oracle is a very corporate organization with layers of hierarchy. The interview was set to 8am-4pm. The expectation was to start at 8am sharp. May be this is the only requirement they have, I’m not sure. New team members are nice, others are not. The trajectory is the longer a team member has been in the company, the more self important they feel and demonstrate it to the candidate. The working environment is a cubical farm with a cafeteria.
