It started with a HR interview that went well, then proceeded to an interview with another ppc manager in English to examine my level of English. All of that went well so I was finally interviewed by the head of ppc (all in the same day). He was impatient and told me I am not answering his question- how do I optimize my campaigns- (even though until this day I have no idea what sort of answer he was looking for). I asked him to show him live on the computer what I would've done, as an answer to his question, to show him that I do know the answer, and that maybe I'm just nervous and am having a hard time explaining myself. He said there's no need. He said he believes in honesty , and that I'm not worth the salary I asked for (10k at the time) and that even if someone that asked for a higher salary would come in, he'd prefer him. That I am his last resort. It was humiliating. I never even got a call back (even if I was accepted , I wouldn't have wanted to work there).
