J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Opus Business Consulting

Got a call from HR asking to come in for an in-person interview. The first round was just a 10-15 minute meeting with the President, who explained more about the job. The title is misleading, of the company and the job title itself. They are a sales company who sell Verizon Products door to door. After that, I was called for a second round interview, which would consist of behavioral interviews but I declined because the company seemed shady.

The first round is really short and it is a brief introduction. The second round would last 1 hour which talked more detailed about the position and this company. The third round is on the phone.

I didn't apply and they tracked me down like the other poster said. The first interview they don't tell you what exactly you'll be doing. I told them I don't want a commission based job. Regardless, they called me in for a second interview, turns out it's a door to door sales job selling Verizon as well as commissioned based. The hours were Monday - Saturday 11am - 830pm, only making $250-$500 a week. When I asked if they offered benefits I was told "all our employees are young and in good health." This job is a scam.
