Team based interview. Theyre more interested in how you work with others. Its because youre expected to learn on the job through rotations.
They do split you in smaller teams and individual questions eventually.
VI in April-> Assessment Centre in May -> Feedback Call in late May. Overall experience is smooth and their assessment centre procedure is nice and felt welcomed. The staff were nice and helpful.
