This was not a typical interview process. I applied about 30 times before I had the opportunity to do an interview. After applying I was invited to take an assessment. A few weeks later I was then invited to submit a one-way video interview. The "interview" consisted of some written questions and about 4-5 recorded questions to answer. I had the option to re-record the answers an unlimited number of times. Personally, I would rather have talked to a person instead of recording a video, I just find the process very awkward and impersonal. About a week later I missed a call from the recruiter to let me know I was hired. I called and emailed back right away but did not receive a response until 2 weeks later with the same phone call and I answered. I was informed that I was hired pending a drug screening and background check. The most stressful part was finding a clinic that was open within the time frame I was given, which was within two days of receiving the notification. The clinics had the wrong times posted online. I scheduled my drug screening and showed up for my appointment and the clinic was closed for a 2 hour lunch break and didn't offer screenings after 3pm. The same thing kept happening at every clinic I tried and I had to request an extension from my recruiter.

First had an assessment, then a pre recorded interview, lastly live interview. The process was easy and felt confident with interviewer. They give you step by step to be successful through the process.

Not flexible - this particular process did not have flexibility of methods to complete the interview. It was ableist intrinsically. And they need more flexibility in the assessment process. The process itself was prohibitive.
