I was scheduled for a phone interview today. I was available. The recruiter never called. I had no way to contact them. Very rude and a waste of my time.

I got completely stood up for my interview by a recruiter named Joy who was supposed to call me for the first interview after scheduling it the day prior. She never called at our meeting time and never rescheduled or emailed. I was basically ghosted for no reason and the recruiter never followed up. She didn't respond to my calls or voicemails. This was my first ever interview with Optum and United Health Group and I'm blown away by that. I've never experienced that with another company before. And I expected more from a Fortune 5 company. I was extremely qualified for the position and stated my enthusiasm several times for our upcoming interview. I know this is common these days but that's why we write reviews so companies and recruiters can be held accountable. Do better, Optum and United Health Group.
