Initial Communication was an email from a recruiter. The first interview/screening was done with the recruiter. Interview was scheduled 1 wk later and I received an offer within 3 business days.

I loved the interview process, it was speedy and efficient meeting via Zoom with the people that I would be working for. They didn’t require me to be on camera which initially surprised me, but then I realized that it really removes any potential bias as I am in the older category!
