As an internal candidate, the application process is easy and can be easily replicated when applying for multiple positions. The initial screening was a video interview and then a conversation with the recruiter before an official interview with the hiring manager and other employees. The questions pertained more to experience and were pretty straightforward. Also had plenty of time to ask my own questions at the end.
